Overall, my stay at Giang Linh Hotel was a mixed bag. While the staff were friendly and the location was super convenient, I faced some serious issues that really soured my experience. The air conditioning didn’t work in my first room, and I had an unsettling encounter with a guest that made me feel unsafe. Even after being moved to a different room, the TV didn’t work, which added to my disappointment.
